This is our donation page. Here, you can find everything you need to donate your orthopedic and rehabilitation equipment and make a meaningful difference in someone's recovery journey. Your unused equipment could become someone else's path back to mobility, independence, and hope.

Once you've completed the google form, our team will send you a confirmation email, and from there we will schedule a time for pick up/drop off.

Step 5

You've done it! Your equipment will be donated to an individual in need and will actively give someone a second chance at recovery!
